A: Every Tuesday.
7. Q: What types of movies are in the kiosk?
A: The majority of the kiosk will be filled with new releases, television series, and classics.
8. Q: How many movies are in the kiosk?
A: Our kiosks hold a minimum of 250 DVDs. TDs.
9. Q: What costs are incurred by the location provider?
A: The provider is responsible for internet and power expenses.
10. Q: What are the requirements if I want a kiosk on campus?
A: We require internet and a 3-prong outlet 120 v.(Please see requirements from school tab to see more details.)
11. Q: Is the connection secure?
A: Yes. We use a double firewall and 128-bit encryption ensuring security for every customer.
12. Q: Can we implement the schools credit/id cards?
A: We would like to accept school cards and are willing to work with colleges to find a solution.

A: No
14. Q: What is the size of the kiosk?
A: We have several kiosk options available. The kiosks we believe to be the most reliable and efficient is 32 wide x 22 deep x 74 tall.
15. Q: Where should the kiosk be located?
A: Kiosks should be located in an accessible and highly trafficked area (student unions, dining areas, and housing areas). It is beneficial for these locations to be accessible much of the daytime and evening.
16. Q: What happens if there is a problem with the kiosk?
A: UniversiDVD will handle most problems remotely. If necessary a universiDVD representative can handle the problem on site with minimum interruption to service.
